1. Discovery Calls
- Discovery Calls are free and may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- No refunds apply since these calls are complimentary.
2. Paid Consultations
- Ensure only Clarity ($147) is referenced for paid consults publicly.
- All paid consultations ($147 or higher) are non-refundable once delivered.
- Clients may reschedule one time only if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
- Additional rescheduling requests require a new booking and payment.
- Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice forfeits payment.
3. Service Packages
Includes Credit, Student Loan, Business, and Reputation Management services:
- Non-refundable once work has begun.
- Payments are a commitment to the agreed scope of work.
- If discontinued, no refunds for completed or in-progress work.
4. Digital Products
Books, Workbooks, Online Resources:
- Non-refundable once delivered (instant access).
- Review product descriptions carefully before purchase.
5. Physical Products
- Returnable within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- Defective/damaged items may be returned for replacement/refund.
- Customer covers return shipping unless product is defective.
6. Refund Exceptions
- Duplicate payment errors.
- Technical issues preventing digital product delivery.
- Failure to provide agreed service due to MWBA Education error.
7. Cancellations
- Clients may cancel future services with written notice to sl@mwbaenterprises.com.
- Cancellation does not entitle refund for payments already made.
- Any remaining balance for services rendered is still due.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- By purchasing from MWBA Education (One Love Wealth Enterprises LLC), you agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting support first.
- We will make every effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
