By accessing the MWBA Education website, booking a call, or purchasing services/products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Consultations & Services

• Discovery Calls are free, last 15 minutes, and provide general guidance only.
• Paid Consultations are scheduled for 45 minutes; if needed, we allow up to 60 minutes to complete your plan.
• Service Packages are delivered based on the agreed scope of work.

2. No Guarantees

MWBA Education provides expertise, education, and support. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including:

• Government approvals (e.g., loan forgiveness, IDR, PSLF).
• Credit bureau decisions (e.g., removals, score increases).
• Funding approvals (e.g., lender approvals, amounts, terms).

Results vary by individual circumstances, credit history, and compliance with recommendations.

3. Payments

• All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchasing.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.
• By submitting payment, you authorize One Love Wealth Enterprises LLC to charge your method of payment for the agreed services.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Discovery Calls: Free, may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.
• Paid Consultations: Non-refundable once delivered.
• Digital Products: Non-refundable after delivery.
• Physical Products: Returnable within 14 days if unopened or damaged.
• Service Packages: Non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

• All website content, materials, logos, and resources are the property of MWBA Education / One Love Wealth Enterprises LLC.
• Clients may not copy, share, or resell our materials without written consent.
• Any resources provided are for personal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

MWBA Education / One Love Wealth Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Decisions you make based on our services or recommendations.
• Third-party actions (e.g., lenders, credit bureaus, government agencies).

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services/products.

7. Disclaimer

• We are not attorneys, financial advisors, or tax professionals.

• Clients are responsible for their own financial and business decisions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Florida.
